Season Pass Agreement:

I/WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF PLAYING PRIVILEGES FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME. I/WE AGREE NOT TO HOLD THE OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT AND/OR EMPLOYEES OF THE FOXCROFT GOLF CLUB RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR ACCIDENT THAT MAY OCCUR ON THE GOLF CLUB PROPERTY.
